Pike Push-Up Tutorial: Learning the Handstand Push-Up

The Floor Pike Push-Up is an essential exercise to master if you ever want to perform a free standing, flat back Handstand Push Up. The Pike Push-Up is considered such an important lead-up exercise for the HSPU because it helps you develop strength in a vertical line of force where the elbows are pulling in towards each other and away from the head.
